Agreement
By using scalembs.com or engaging Scale Modern Business Solutions LLC ("Scale") for services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or order form control over anything inconsistent here.
Use of the site
You may browse the site, save estimates, and contact us. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape at volume, reverse-engineer the platform, or misuse forms or accounts.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates generated on this site are good-faith ranges based on the inputs you provide and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal. Setup and monthly fees are sold together with a 3-month minimum on monthly services unless otherwise stated.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the listed charges and any agreed recurring fees until cancelled. Refunds are handled per the proposal or applicable refund terms.
Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables produced specifically for the client are owned by the client, except for Scale's pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components, which are licensed for use within the deliverable.
Warranty and liability
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Scale's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months.
