Overview

This page is maintained by Scale Modern Business Solutions LLC ("Scale", "we", "us") and describes how we handle information collected through scalembs.com and our client-facing systems. We collect only what we need to deliver our services and never sell personal information.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, business name, message).
• Account data for signed-in users (email and authentication state).
• Estimate selections you save to your account.
• Standard request metadata (IP, user agent) used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver and support our services, send transactional emails you requested (estimates, receipts, account notices), and improve the product. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, auth, email infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and Google Workspace (internal email). Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@scalembs.com. Newsletter recipients can unsubscribe via the link in any email.

Retention

We keep contact and account records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize. Saved estimates expire 30 days after creation.
