Our commitment

Scale Modern Business Solutions LLC is committed to conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across scalembs.com and the products we ship for our clients. We design and develop with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast, motion preferences, and assistive technologies in mind from day one.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML, proper landmarks, and ARIA only when needed.
  • Keyboard-reachable interactions with visible focus states.
  • Color contrast tested against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Image alt text, descriptive link text, and labeled form controls.
  • Regular manual review with assistive technology, not just automated scans.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never "done." We continually audit new features and welcome feedback that helps us improve. If something on this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, we want to hear about it.
