Johnny Lindley

Johnny Lindley leads operations at Scale, turning strategy into shipped work. He owns the rhythms, systems, and standards that keep every project moving forward without the chaos most agencies treat as normal.

Promoted to VP of Operations, Johnny now oversees the Special Operations team and the cross-division workflows that connect Sales, Marketing, CPAD, and Development. If a project is on time, on scope, and on brand, there is a good chance Johnny's fingerprints are on it.

Johnny believes great operations are invisible. Clients should feel the result, a calm, confident process and a finished product that just works, without ever seeing the machinery behind it.
